Aeternum Announces Acquisition of an Option to Acquire 51% of American Renaissance Minerals, Sponsor of the Nkamouna Cobalt-Nickel-Manganese Project in Cameroon

Aeternum today announced that it has acquired an option to acquire a 51% stake in American Renaissance Minerals (“ARM”). ARM, a dedicated vehicle owned by US natural resources private equity firm American Renaissance Resources, is advancing the Nkamouna Cobalt-Nickel-Manganese Project in Cameroon. The project is aligned with the Company’s objective of becoming a significant supplier of critical minerals to the United States and its allies.
